Yes and Yes. You always want to make sure all the can transfer into their program and is approved. This is not just for COSC, I tell people all the time to make sure the courses transfer otherwise you're just using that course to learn the material (which isn't bad, but would be a waste of your money on an extra credit course you can use towards the degree). Especially nowadays there are so many changes at TESU, you want to make sure pretty much everything is pre-approved for transfer.
