I'm not familiar with the TOR - Davar changeover but, I checked out the Rechtschaffen Institute of Judaic Studies website and one of the tabs says "Tor academy". I feel like this was just a move to make sure none of the credits from that provider make it through. Hopefully they'll sort it out though.
