TESU age for admissions is 20, but they you can apply for a waiver if you're 18.  https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/u...ons-policy

For what you're interested in WGU might be a good fit for your age and major of interest; as bjcheung77 mentioned you can apply to WGU at 16
