TESU already accepted up to 90 CR long before that agreement was signed.
It might be me but is seems since Dr. Pruitt left things are only starting to go downhill.
This is actually a transfer guarantee for the NJ CC's to TESU - very common in many states. And, the 3+1 is cool too, because for many people who are at CC's, going for 90cr instead of 60cr is a great deal.
This is a different audience than ours - people from out-of-state looking to transfer in 114cr, much of it alternative credit. These are more traditional students, possibly ones who are young.
So it really doesn't suck at all. It's a good deal for traditional students.
