Coursera, Edx, Futurelearn, Udacity, are the ones I highly recommend if you're going for any type of certificate, credential, degree from Bachelors to Masters. Khan Academy, Udemy (if you get a coupon), Youtube crash courses, are great freebie options for learning as well.
I think just going the regular route with Coursera is perfect for me, I don't think I'll need the Plus option just yet.

The one I'm really interested in is the ICS2 which is excluded from the Plus program, so that is why I think just the regular option is good for me. The ICS2 SSCP (Systems Security Certified Professional) is pretty awesome as it's the cheapest ICS2 cert exam available for $250 USD.
