Just to follow up, WA seems fine with my accounting/business education, which was entirely ACE/NCCRS + the one TECEP
The crappy part is the "evaluation" is only good for 90 days! Then you have to resubmit transcripts and they very well could change the criteria. At this moment, the "upper level" requirement doesn't seem to require 300 level courses. They appear to have accepted my 200 level Intermediate Accounting as "upper level".
