TESU is probably still easier from a degree planning perspective as they are more transparent with requirements and what will transfer in. They also have the most degree options, which isn't relevant here since you want a BSBA and all 3 cater to biz folks.
But a lot of it's still going to come down to what your current credits (if any) look like.
