CURRENT info on a BS in Business or Management or Leadership from the BIG THREE - Sowak777 - 01-27-2020 CURRENT info on a BS in Business or Management or Leadership from the BIG THREE I'm in Missouri. The search feature isn't the greatest and the threads I found are pretty dated. Has there been a recent comparison done on a BS business degree from the big three (costs, strengths, weakness, personal experiences)? THANK YOU!!! RE: CURRENT info on a BS in Business or Management or Leadership from the BIG THREE - jsd - 01-27-2020 COSC is having its moment now as the cost leader (EC had a long run, when I joined TESC/U was king, now COSC can shine). TESU is probably still easier from a degree planning perspective as they are more transparent with requirements and what will transfer in. They also have the most degree options, which isn't relevant here since you want a BSBA and all 3 cater to biz folks. But a lot of it's still going to come down to what your current credits (if any) look like. All my current credits are in my signature. The AA in Teaching is accredited. RE: CURRENT info on a BS in Business or Management or Leadership from the BIG THREE - jsd - 01-27-2020 None of the Big 3 take an AA as a block transfer, as far as I know (though WGU, which is Big 3-adjacent, does), so the credits that made up that AA would matter. You have four options - Big 3/WGU, You might want to take a look at this thread: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-newbie-question-on-fast-path-bsba-I-think?pid=302586#pid302586 If you're wanting a one and done school, I highly recommend WGU for their BSBA and MBA combo. ACBSP and they are competency based, you go at your pace/speed and pay accordingly. RE: CURRENT info on a BS in Business or Management or Leadership from the BIG THREE - jsd - 01-27-2020 Keep in mind that while WGU does take block transfer, their general eds are generally a lower chunk of the degree than the B3 GEs, and there's no real flexibility as they don't have electives or anything similar. That being said, WGU is self-paced, accepts a good chunk of ACE and accredited transfer credits (including Nationally Accredited like your Nations U credits), and is relatively cheap IF you are disciplined and can finish fast in their self-paced model. |
