I believe the TEEX series (101, 201, 301) is worth up to 10 credits now if all the courses are completed. TEEX also offers some other relatively simple and cheap courses that run from $45 to $75 that are 3 credits each. One is about death investigations, if you are into that.
Alternatively, for totally free save for a $9 exam fee, Onlinedegree.com offers courses that are longish slogs through video-based lessons.
I'd say choose a degree path first then see what needs to be plugged in to complete the requirements.
