How different are capstones from school to school?

For the TESU BSBA Capstone (BUS-421), I did:

• 11 discussion posts (6337 words, 12 pages)
  
• 7 case study papers (46 pages @ 6-7 pages per)
  
• 1 final project (26 pages)
  
• plus one midterm exam, which had 4 short essays, which is probably another page or two.
  

So about 86 pages of writing in total. I probably could have passed the course with 50-75% of the effort, but I wanted an A in the course.
