At that time it basically covered a 4 year business degree at 3 colleges: Brandman, Bellevue and UF. They have now expanded it to include CS, IT and Cyber security Associate's and Bachelor's and also added 3 more colleges: Purdue Global, SNHU and Wilmington. They also added free SAT/ACT prep programs and expanded eligibility to include high schoolers. In my opinion this is a very competitive benefit considering there is no obligation to stay with the company and even part timers can partake. Obviously, it wasn't the most flexible before but now it's much better, especially considering the growth in the tech field. Also, employees become eligible after being employed for 90 days.

SNHU and Wilmington will both take 90cr of transfer including ACE, so you could get it done through Walmart in a year!
