The Big3 are among the most generous with transfer credit. You should go ahead, apply and send your transcripts. Then you'll see.
My understanding, reinforced by the response ("Additionally, students must complete all other degree requirements") from TESU, is that the GenEds are NOT waived. The 90 credit limit isn't going to be much of a problem for you as you have to take 24 new credits anyway, and picking up 6 more by our methods isn't a big deal.
