My current job pays up to $2500 per year for tuition up to $30,000. I'm figuring that I can just have my work pay for the 16 credits to qualify for their residency. With the SDC discount it comes to $5790. I'm starting to think that this is the best way forward for me since I don't think my job will pay for the waiver fee. I may need to pay some of the tuition out of pocket unless I spread out the plan to 2021. I'm not sure how much more I would need to come up with for SDC membership.
Even paying $1000 out of pocket is better then the $2000 plus waiver and I believe that I establish residency in case I wan to continue studying at TESU.
Thanks for your insights.
Sounds like a reasonable plan. One fly in the ointment, 16 resident credits are required for the associate's just as they are for the bachelor's, so you'll have to wait until you've done all the TESU credits before you can graduate with it. Since the Capstone for the BSBA has to be taken almost at the end, that likely means getting them both at the same time.
