I haven't taken the Study.com version for Sociology, but I found the CLEP pretty easy. Basically just watched all of the Crash Course videos on double speed. Again, your mileage may vary.
You most likely will only need 12 UL Sociology Electives, as your Social Theory class will probably be UL and knock out three of them (both of TESU's options are UL, and it would appear CSU-Pueblo's is upper level but I don't know how TESU will transfer it).
I don't recall being asked hardly any person/place/date questions on the American Government CLEP, but you could also take Comparative Politics (through Saylor or Study.com) instead (or instead of the Psychology of Women TECEP, as Comparative Politics can fill either spot)
The Sociology degree only has three classes that can't be tested out of: Cornerstone, Capstone, and Social Theory.
