That link (and the other more current link https://www.tesu.edu/studycom/costs-tuition) both indicate the tuition discount. All study.com students, regardless of where they live, receive a discount off in-state tuition. After discount, the per-credit tuition is $366 (though it appears to be increasing to $375 per credit according to the second link, despite people still being charged at the $366 per credit rate right now). By discount off in-state tuition, that means you get the in-state rate plus an additional discount. Either way, you're paying $366 per credit or $375 per credit after Study.com discount (which should be reflected on your account status as "corporate choice").
