I applied earlier this month and I also have that same question. They told me since my catalog year is 2019, I have to take SOS-100 to get a degree. She also said that requirement went into effect on January 1. I think she got it mixed up with the Cornerstone, so I'm waiting on a reply to confirm.
She just replied and said anyone who applied on January 1 and after must take SOS-110. ☹
