I would have her take College Algebra at some point, as well as Sociology/Anthropology. If they have Principles of Finance, that would be good too. As much as she can take at CC for practically free is a good plan. She is also allowed 1 additional course in the AOS that's LL, if she can find a good one. Throw some options out there, I'll let you know what would work.
I always say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" so if she's doing well at CC, then keep on doing that. I doubt you could do alternative means much cheaper, plus at her age, she has plenty of time, so there's no rush for the BSBA.
