That would actually be my guess as well. They are definitely the cheapest at this point, but I think the main issue is the length of time - 3 months for the cornerstone and then 3 months for the capstone. But this is a guess, I'm not sure if this is how it works. If you were able to complete the cornerstone more quickly, or take the capstone concurrently, then it would be a better option.
But once TESU enacts the 3cr cornerstone in July 2019, then the price starts to become an issue, and COSC will look a LOT better than they do even now.
Plus, COSC also has the advantage of still taking FEMA credits. I found the FEMA courses were pretty interesting, and they are good options for free elective credits for COSC folks.
I still have about 12-15 FEMA credits I wasn't able to use after returning from my academic hiatus since TESU doesn't accept them anymore.
