I would work on a few things to make you more Marketable in the workforce though. 1. Experience, apply to some job postings that interest you to get that extra learning experience. 2. Future educational goal, take a semester off or a teaching year off overseas, decide on what second degree you want later, be it a second Bachelors or a Masters. Keep us updated! Good luck on your next adventure!
Congratulations!! Super accomplishment ... and you did it so quickly!
I agree with BJ. Even if you think you know what you want, things change in a moment and often without notice. I wanted to see the world when I was in my 20s but I thought I needed to do what everyone wanted and expected me to do. So I did - I went to work & continued taking a few courses on a very part-time basis. Then I had debt and a mortgage payment. Then I got married... had kids. One kid is now in college. I'm trying to impress upon her the need to do some things for yourself, now - soul searching.
Once you get a car payment, that first real job, start buying nice furniture, etc, it is extremely difficult to walk away and do things you may never get another chance to experience. One thing is certain: you will never be 23 years old again and this moment in time is gone - just while you were reading this.
Take a look at your bucket list and don't let anything stop you from taking a year to do what you really want to do. You will never regret it!
Best of Luck to you!
