Unfortunately it can take up to 20 days from when it arrives at TESU.  The good news is it is usually quicker than this, but in my experience it is definitely more than week or so.

COM-290 - Presentational Speaking for "Oral Communication 3 SH (Complete)"
It took about 20 days.
