In case it helps someone else...
I tried rebooting and every browser that I have and nothing worked. I would get an error message on the webpage saying the site was down and to contact Study.com for further assistance. There was a link for support@study.com.
Support did finally email me a ticket response with a link to try. I have no idea what happened but the link worked and I'm successfully back on Study.com's website, slogging through essays, in an eyes-bloodshot daze.
