I don't know what the heck happened to Germany... just not their best team I guess. I also don't think Argentina did that well, and I think Mexico pulled its usual stunts.... doing well enough to give the country hope but then faltering terribly at the last minute. Pretty typical and now they'll be playing against Brazil next. Do I dare even watch?? Yikes!

The only football I like is futbol! I know people say soccer is boring, but tbh, my strategy to get through American football parties is to drink as much as possible. So I just prefer to avoid them right now. Plus I feel kinda guilty knowing those guys are sacrificing brain cells for entertainment, but that's a whole 'nuther issue.
