You don't need 30 credits to get a transcript, which is what the OP is asking for. It would be cheaper for me to take one course at a CC and get a transcript than it would be for me to get one from Excelsior or COSC. I've applied to both and have no transcripts from either one. All I have is a Uexcel transcript.
