They offer lots of degrees that they don't give classes for. Many are tailored to military/vets, who might have a lot of the AOS courses completed through their JST/CCAF, and just need the perfect degree to fit them to (see Air Traffic Control, Aviation, Military Tech Leadership, Nuclear, Radiation, and Technical Studies). I'm not sure how Construction fits in, but it's possibly a military-related degree, or something where someone would take the AOS courses somewhere, and then need somewhere to bring them.
