Here's the thing though, what if this isn't resolved and we're unable to reschedule the test until after the 31st? I'll lose the $10 off? Is it likely I can get them to issue me another $10 off code? Has anyone had any success with Prometric's customer service with a similar issue?
Thankfully, I haven't read a lot of members say something like this has happened to them. Technically, I would think they would make it right for you guys- emotionally, yikes. I know my own nerves would have been shot after that!!
