Time to go shopping, then. Luckily used computers are not expensive, just be sure you're not buying stolen goods. Check the local thrift stores or look for refurbs from reputable online merchants. Get at least 4GB of ram, and try for an i3 or i7. Don't worry overly much about the camera, as USB webcams are cheap, too.
