Depends on what you want to do. There are tons of accounting jobs that don't require a CPA. You'd be better off doing some research of your own - look up accounting (accounting Analyst, accounting specialist, accounting clerk, accounting...whatever) and see what they require. There are also tons of accounting jobs that don't require a 4-yr degree, but they will be lower-level.
What I found in accounting over the years, in companies big and small, is there are a lot of opportunities to move up in the organization, even starting at the bottom, with no degree. I suggest starting with an entry-level job while you're getting your degree, to get some experience.
