If you just want the fastest, cheapest degree, then the TESU BALS is probably the easiest. If you utilize Shmoop for your UL courses, you can get 5 UL English/Lit courses for $85 (if you did them all in a single month). If you want to go another route, you can use DSST's, or you can do some Study.com courses, or a few Saylor ones, or different things - just depends on what you want to do. But you only need 5 UL courses to complete the AOS, which is great.
Whatever you choose, you can do for less than $5000 (my spreadsheet assumes $100 per course, but that is easily lowered due to SL coupons, a Study.com scholarship or doing more than 2 courses in a month, using Shmoop, etc.
