Here is the message from TESU...
"You were charged the correct tuition of $474 per credit as a non-NJ resident affiliated with Study.com. A few students may have received the NJ resident tuition as were setting up the program."
So if you were out-of-state and charged the lower amount then it was a glitch and you got lucky. If you are making plans going forward, TESU will be less likely to make the same mistake again in the future.
