I would like to know about residency waivers. I am a study.com member and was advised that the residency waiver would be discounted.

If so, how long does the residency waiver apply? Meaning, If I pay the residency waiver to satisfy my ASBA, will that same waiver apply to my BSBA if I complete it within 6 months, one year, 18 months etc?

The Residency Waiver Fee is $1,800 for the Study.com students at this time. You would need to pay it each time you are ready to request a degree and have not met the Residency requirements for that degree. If you were to request the ASBA degree and then request the BSBA degree a few months later you would need to pay another Residency Waiver Fee for the BSBA. If you are requesting both at the same time you would only pay one fee.

That's a very very good question. I would ask them this or reverse the order, indicate you're going for the BSBA and when you're about done, you want to add the ASBA to it. Ask them, if you fulfill all your requirements for the BSBA and want to add the ASBA, if there will be an extra fee for the waiver.
