I don't know about the "Big Three," but Ashford just explicitly told me they will not accept my credits earned at my prior institution -- with which they have a formal articulation agreement -- by testing out of them. These are courses I tested out of by literally taking the course's final exam. If I didn't take the course, they won't transfer it.
