I think it would be a challenge to PLA based off of a MOOC. Look at the learning objectives for the courses you'd like to PLA and compare them to the syllabus for the MOOC. You would have to document how you had achieved those objectives by taking the MOOC. It would help if there were projects or test grades that you could submit.
