Study.com - When does my time end?

I don't get the emails from study either. ACE emails me though when something is approved. I always add the course to ACE as soon as I complete the final exam. There have been times it was approved and I was notified by ACE before my dashboard was ever updated.

As far as when you have access, I was told it's the day before - so should be the 18th. I haven't actually gotten to the end of my scholarship but another member on the forum warned me of this several months ago.
