I already have MAN 331 DSST Human Resource Management. But that looks like a different course on Study.com than the HR development - THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION FOR HR THEORY & DEV (TESTING OUT) THAN CSU-GLOBAL

I'm just waiting for TESU to receive my last couple transcripts and then I should be able to confirm my choices with them, I just want to be ready.
