It's formatted perfectly. A couple of questions:
1) Is the Communications course a speech course, or just regular comm?

Awesome! The communications course was just a regular comm.

2) Are the College Writing classes considered English I & II at that school?

Correct.

3) What is Learning Across the Lifespan?

That course was a mandatory specialized course for all first year students. Not sure how that translates in terms of transferable credits.

4) Were any of these considered UL courses at your school, or were they all LL?

I believe they were all considered LL classes.
