I would agree that the BSBA would be a much easier degree to complete if you're not here in the US - all of the courses/exams can be done online and inexpensively, vs. the BSOL. I don't even know where you could find most of those courses at all, let alone inexpensively. So you'd be stuck doing $1500 courses at TESU, in addition to the $1500 capstone/practicum. It will be a much more expensive degree (by MANY thousands of dollars).
If you REALLY want that degree instead of a BSBA, I would probably suggest Patten, or one of the other competency-based programs. That will be a much cheaper route.
