You ask the question and then answer it at the end. Cost is the reason I'm doing a BSBA instead of an MBA. Once I complete the BSAST, I will only have the business core classes for the BSBA, and one AOS course. I expect to spend about $4k to get my BSAST, and then another $1200 to get the BSBA (residency waiver included).
