I reached out to ALEKS and their response was "That looks like an internal ACE Credit interface. While I can promise you that our Independent Use Course Products will remain active beyond that date, I cannot promise you what it means on ACE's end. It is possible they will not accept that course following that date, but I cannot be certain. It may just be an arbitrary date selected back in 2013 that has not yet been updated on their end.
I would recommend reaching out to ACE for more information."
I don't want to sign up and not finish a course by that date and not receive credit for this. Recently this happened with my NFA Hydraulic Calculations for Water-Based Fire Protection Systems Plan Review (Q0137) course. They said they'd reach out to Ace to see if they can get an extension for credit.
I wouldn't worry about not finishing them in time. I started Intermediate Algebra on 9/22 and Finished Pre-Calc on 9/30. They do not take long if your willing to put the work in and def use a internet calculator for help like mathway.com. I would use my approach or a variation of it. I took the initial assessment and saw how I did. I was usually pretty close to 70%. Then I did a few units and added them to my pie. Then requested a forced assessment. I then took my time, made sure to have the right answers before entering them. I finished all the courses within about a day. The exception was College Algebra (I got a little impatient with that one). You have plenty of time to finish before the end of it but you might see ACE re-approve the courses but then again you don't want to miss out if they don't.
