For submitting this all we have to do is upload it under the my courses and not specifically email it to her? My project shows up as received, just no grade yet. I know she says she only grades on the weekend but hoping to have something soon, just making sure I didn't miss a step when turning it in.

Correct. You don't need to do anything else, and you'll get an automated e-mail once it's graded.
