If you're a student there, you can go to their computer lab and test out their connection/requirements.
Here's the link to ProctorU and the test site, it tests several things about your computer.

since we have no idea if his school even uses ProctorU that post is useless

this whole thread is useless

there is absolutely no way for anyone to know how the hell that community college does proctored exams

they may not even use computers

the entire thing may be done with pencil and paper

if spoolinhx35 means ProctorU then they could have said so

could have meant CLEP, DSST, UExcel, TECEPs
if somebody is going to post a question they need to be specific
