I don't think the acceptance date is a factor in this, more so on the enrolled date.
You are not enrolled until 10 days after April for the per credit option I think.
I am on the 2015/2016 catalogue year, just going to focus on enrolling before May 25 to skip cornerstone.
I am guessing for myself anyway, it's going to be 2 grand residency waiver for anyone who enrolled in April.
I myself have a few TECEPS to take, such as their Strategic Management and some for Marketing/CIS.
Sad thing is, TECEPS needed for me are cheapest option for AOS.
It just sucks if it won't meet residency requirements.

I did submit a ticket but no response. I sent an e-mail today as a follow up. I'd like to know before I register for any TECEPs. If they say no, I'll just register for 1 TECEP to avoid the cornerstone requirement.
