thanks a bunch. I do also have some university college credits as well. Art (4 credits), History 1 (4 credits), English 1 (3 Credits), Fire Administration (4 credits), Algebra (4 credits), Intro to Psych (4 credits), Physical science (3 credits), Religions of the world (3 credits)

I suspect you are very close then, here is what I think you still need (COSC-gen ed):
DSST technical Writing (satisfies Eng Comp 2)...easy test IMO
Ethics (the DSST Ethics in Business is UL)
literature and Fine Arts ...Take CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature, often cited as a reading comprehension test that is very easy.
Science with a Lab (4 credits) I generally recommend Straighterline Biology with a Lab
