You might want to look into dual enrollment at your local CC, and have her take courses there, and possibly do a bunch of DSST/CLEP exams if they will take them. That would be my first option.
Second would be one of the BOG degrees, but she doesn't qualify.
Third would be COSC, or EC if you can find a decent price (POAG partnership).
TESU is way down on my list, it's more expensive than anything else. And with no guarantee that the residency waiver you pay now will work towards the BA, and possibly having to pay that TWICE! No thanks.
