You need to look at schools on the quarter system. Classes for spring quarter start at the beginning of April. 5 quarter credits is 3.3 semester credits. 4 quarter credits is 2.67 semester credits, which will generate an exception and count for the second calculus course at TESU. Foothill College in California has a class called Math 1B. Although it doesn't say anything about proctoring, I'm 99% sure you need to have the exam proctored on paper.
Another option is TESU for ~$1600 on per-credit in the April term which will conclude at the end of June. You need to register now since it's already late registration period. Or you could do the May term and end in July.
Maybe someone else can come up with something better.
