COSC would not take my CLEP/DSST from either my ACE Transcript or JST Transcript. I need to order a prometic Transcript instead.:ack:

There is absolutely no rational reason for why they would have a bias against emergency management and emergency management, only. They are the only ones of the Big 3 that offer an emergency management degree. Each of the Big 3 has its quirks. COSC will accept FEMA IS courses even though they don't come from an accredited school, but they won't accept CSU Global CBEs despite the fact that they come from a regionally accredited college. Excelsior will accept FEMA IS courses as long they are some other school's transcript (this is probably to cover their own behinds with their accrediting agency), but they won't accept TEEX courses even though they're offered by an institution affiliated with the Texas A&M System and are ACE-evaluated for college credit. Honestly, TEEX courses are way more difficult than FEMA IS courses. Excelsior accepts just about every other ACE-evaluated course, so not accepting TEEX courses doesn't make sense.
