I asked Excelsior if they accepted CSU CBE credits and this was their response "In order for the exams to be transferable they need
to be ACE evaluated like Excelsior exams. Excelsior College will accept
approved training courses and programs that have been reviewed by the
American Council on Education (ACE) and recommended for college level
credit. To find out if any of the training programs you have taken have
been ACE recommended for credit, please contact ACE directly at (202)
939-9300. ACE is located in Washington D.C.
The CSU-Global website does not mention ACE at all and states that the
credits are not guaranteed to transfer. ACE recommended credit is the
industry standard so I would think they would go out or their way to
mention it, but you would want to check with them about it".
Does anyone know if CSU CBE exams are ACE approved?
