This is a very realistic goal if you're willing to work at it!
I don't have any experience with ALEKS but, I'd caution against SL for this. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE SL and have taken a number of courses there, but I don't think they're the best resource for this.
Personally, I'd start with the official CLEP study guide and use Khan Academy for those topics. It's free and I think it's great! Some of the stuff you'll need to know wont be on Khan Academy, though. For that, I used IC and it was a big help. I also used an REA AP CLEP prep book I bought. It helped, but I don't think I'd do it again. It cost more than a month of IC and helped a lot less.
If you're willing to work through the Khan Academy lessons and supplement with other sources as needed, I think you'll be able to pull this off.
About the Info Sys CLEP, I got a 78 using only IC (however, I've been in a business/tech field for years). If you have a tech background of any kind, it's pretty straight forward.
