I received a call back. The admissions person said that I would have to apply as a non-degree seeking student. He doesn't know if the 15-credit limit applies to exams, but as Kaz said, many of the other exams overlap with other CBEs. I would possibly only be interested in taking three or four of their CBEs. After you apply, you will get access to their student portal where you can talk to an advisor and maybe see a study guide for their CBEs. He wasn't quite sure; a non-degree seeking student wanting to just take exams is all new to him. I'm used to asking bizarre questions and getting confusion. LOL.
