Just to clarify, membership for an ACE account is NOT free. You can sign up for free now, however, to request for your first transcript you'd have to pay the membership fee of $40. Included in this $40 fee, is your first transcript for free. Every additional transcript will cost $15.

Thus, if you ordered only one transcript from ACE, you'd only need to pay $40. If you order more than once, you'd have to pay $15 on every additional order. Hope that's clear.
