In Europe, it seems not to be a common thing that someone administers exams to another person on behalf of a school or the examining body. It took me some time to be able to get a Librarian of the Regional Library here in Slovakia accept to proctor my TECEP. They seem not to understand why a school will send its questions miles away only to be administered by a third party who is not on the staff roll of the school. I was already going to use the British Council when the Library head approves that the regional library accepts to serve as my proctor.
Do you have a British Council near where you reside? British Council is another organization that does administer exams on behalf of universities and examination bodies.
I've spoken to the education section of my local British Council, and they simply think it's bizarre that I think such a thing is possible lol
I'm going to ask my local library next week, when I get a chance ... maybe I need to start offering "moolah" in my opening sentence
Guy Ritchie could make a movie .... imagine a thick East London accent .... "Ere's some cash, you watch the girl take the exam" .... lol
